Mary Grey is a delicate version of Earl Grey tea, which is named after the wife of the famous British Prime Minister, Charles Grey. The combination of Ceylon black tea and essential citrus oils, imparts a delicious and enticingly fragrant brew. The delicately rich flavours of the carefully selected black tea blend, is perfectly accompanied by graceful notes of refreshing bergamot and other citrus oils and is beautifully complemented by a sprinkling of vibrant yellow Marigold cornflowers. Our exquisitely fragrant version of this most refined tea, is made from a superlative blend of orthodox premium Ceylon Flowery-Broken-Orange-Pekoe (FBOP) grade tea leaves from the celebrated Dimbulla and Nuwara Eliya tea-growing regions of Ceylon. Brewing Guidance: Use 200ml of water per 3-4g of tea | Boil water to 100℃ | Steep for 3-5 minutes. Aroma: Refreshingly citrussy. Colour: Bright copper.
