Dragon Well tea is a variety of pan-fried green tea which has an emerald-green, fragrant and distinctive flat shaped leaf. The beautiful flavour is mellow and delicate with a sweet aftertaste and a really royal temper. The tea liquor has a distinctive yellow-green hue. This tea contains Vitamin C, amino acids, and, like most fine Chinese green teas, has one of the highest concentrations of catechin.
